In the capital of the Priorat in Falset, we propose to enjoy a hearty breakfast with local produce, to recharge before a tasting, or to settle well after the wine itself!

The Hostel Sport will prepare the following dishes, to enjoy its cuisine:

- Grilled vegetables with Sardine coast

- fried cod with tomatoes, garlic and beans

- sausage-style Priorat (fried with garlic, black olives and tomatoes)

- Fried eggs with ham

- sausage fried with black beans to crochet, tomatoes and garlic

- Lamb chops with garlic sauce and garnish

- Toast bread with bread or cake Priorat (with dry sausage, white sausage, ham or French omelet)

Des de fa molts anys el Priorat és ben conegut arreu per la gran qualitat dels vins que s'hi produeixen. Aquests vins es divideixen en dues Denominacions d'origen: la Denominació d'Origen Montsant i la Denominació d'origen Qualificada Priorat.
